The laser generating source, beam controller and electric control cabinet in the laser system of the laser cutter vibrating knife may need additional cooling. The temperature requirement for cooling water is usually between 15 and 22 ℃, and the accuracy requirement for cooling water is usually ± 1 ℃ or ± 2 ℃. Some laser equipment lasers may require ± 0.1 ℃, and some laser equipment lasers have certain requirements for cooling water conductivity, corrosion resistance, etc. Therefore, they have very high water quality requirements, and the pipes are made of stainless steel or PVC. So how to maintain the daily laser cutting machine chiller?
1. Regular cleaning of dust: Regularly remove the dust from the dust screen: When there is a lot of dust, remove the dust screen, use an air spray gun, water pipe, etc. to remove the dust from the dust screen. For oily dirt, please use a neutral detergent to clean, and the dust screen should be dried before reinstallation.
2. Purified water filter: Regularly rinse or replace the filter element.
3. Fluid level
Regularly check whether liquid needs to be added. Generally, the water in the water tank should be covered by the coil in the water tank. When it is lower than the coil, liquid should be added and the water should be changed regularly according to the water quality. If the water flow rate of the water pump is too low, it is caused by the air blocking in the pump body. Press the red button on the water filter to discharge the air in the water system. After the water flow rate is normal, it can be used. If there are bubbles mixed in the water path, the light transmittance of the water will be reduced, When there are bubbles in the transparent hose or at the return port of the water tank, it is necessary to check whether the return pipeline is leaking and whether the water level in the water tank is low. 4. Condenser, ventilation hole, filter screen
To optimize the cooling capacity of the system, the condenser, ventilation holes, and filter screen should be kept clean and free of dust and dirt. The filter screen can be easily removed from both sides, and any accumulated dust should be washed away with a gentle cleaning agent and water. Before reinstallation, it should be rinsed and dried.
5. The water inside the chiller needs to be replaced regularly, usually every month. Long term use of a chiller can lead to the formation of scale due to reduced water quality, which can block the waterways and cause a decrease in water flow rate, thereby reducing the cooling effect. Therefore, regular water replacement is the primary issue. Regularly check the water quality in the water tank of the chiller. If the cooling water quality deteriorates, becomes turbid, and the transparency decreases, all deteriorated cooling water should be promptly drained and replaced with new cooling water. Try to choose distilled water as much as possible, and if there are no conditions, choose deionized water. Each manufacturer has requirements for water quality, and it is important to meet them. Otherwise, long-term use of substandard water quality may cause internal scaling of the laser.
