1.Vibration
If the laser cutting machine vibrates, the products it cuts will have serrations. It can be divided into two reasons. One is the external situation of the machine, such as during the cutting process, such as the water tank, where the exhaust fan is not too close. If it is too close, it will vibrate the machine tool when it is running. When the machine is cutting materials, it will generate vibration, which will affect the edge effect of the cutting.
2.Vibration knife cutting machine parallelism
If the parallelism of the machine is not properly installed, it will not be stable during operation, and it will also produce shaking during operation, resulting in serrated products.
3.The lens is not locked tightly
Sometimes, if the lens is not locked tightly, the lens will also vibrate when the machine is running, and the light will also vibrate when the machine is cutting. Therefore, the cut product will not have a good effect and there will be serrations.
4.Gear seat and other aspects
If the edge of the gear seat is close to the seat, causing slipping and other situations, it can also cause this situation to occur.
5.Slide wear
There is wear inside the slider or there are many things stuffed inside the beads of the slider, causing it to shake when running on the guide rail. So when cutting materials, there will be many serrations.
6.Guide rail not parallel
The installation of the two guide rails in the Y direction is not parallel, and they will get stuck during operation and have serrations during cutting.
If the laser cutting machine has serrations during cutting, you can press and hold the laser head with your hand to prevent it from shaking during operation. If you press and hold it with your hand, it must be a problem with the slider; If it still exists, then you need to check the belt and gears. If there is a new machine, it must have been installed incorrectly, or its control drive and motor are not paired.
